Mt. Lushan Global Geopark，The park is located in the Asian and Pacific Ocean area. Its geographical location is : eastern longitude 115°50′～116°10′，northern latitude 29°21′～29°45′，elevation：25－1473.8m above sea level. It covers an area of 500 Km2.

The geopark is divided into northern and southern district. Northern district includes Guling, Flower Path – Big Heavenly Pool, Hanpo Path, Five Old Men Peak – Three Cascades Waterfall, Stone Gate Valley, Eastern Grove Temple and Small Heavenly Pool – Green Dragon Pool scenic areas. Southern district includes Goddess of Mercy Bridge – Wu Ru Peak, Xiu Feng Peak (Beauty Peak), Gui Zong, Source of Peach Blossoms and Poyang Lake scenic areas.

6 Main geological traces are: Stratigraphy traces, rock traces, structural traces, sedimentary traces, hydrogeological traces, geological and geomorphologic traces.
